Built by operators, not agencies.
ClinicAds is a performance marketing practice for cosmetic surgery clinics and aesthetic practices. We align our pricing with your booked-case revenue and the work organizes itself around that.
Skin in the game beats slides in a deck.
Most agencies charge whether or not they perform. We start lean and scale our fee with the revenue we generate. If there’s no lift, we’re cheap. If there’s significant lift, we’re aligned.
The model only works for businesses where ad spend has a clear, attributable path to revenue: clinics with a defined per-case value and a real consultation funnel. Outside of that, we’ll tell you so.
David Terrell
Founder
David Terrell founded the agency in 2024 after operating paid acquisition programs for aesthetic practices firsthand. The thesis was simple: med spas and plastic surgeons were being sold lead volume by generalist agencies that had never been measured on a booked procedure.
Today the agency runs as a single brand, ClinicAds, across three practice types — plastic surgery, med spas, and DTC telehealth — on one acquisition system built around HIPAA-aware tracking and booked-procedure measurement. Reach David directly on LinkedIn.
