These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern the engagement letter signed by an active client of MMC Group LLC, that document does.

MMC Group LLC ("ClinicAds," "we," "us") is a performance marketing practice serving elective, high-value healthcare businesses: plastic surgery practices, med spas, dental practices, telehealth brands, and specialty clinics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMC Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to and loads third-party services (Calendly for scheduling, Google Meet for video calls, the LeadConnector chat widget, Vercel analytics, and the Meta advertising pixel). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

By using this site you acknowledge that it uses cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and the Meta advertising pixel. What each one collects, who receives it, and how to opt out is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

This site is a business-to-business marketing site. Do not submit protected health information, patient records, or any other confidential health data through the forms or the chat widget on this site. If you need to share client data with us during an engagement, we will provide a secure channel and, where applicable, a signed Business Associate Agreement.

MMC Group LLC (ClinicAds) operates an SMS program for people who book a consultation through our forms and opt in to text messages. The program sends transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about the consultation you requested — and, where you separately consent, occasional marketing messages about our services.

• ·Opting out: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. After that we send only a single message confirming your opt-out.

• ·Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• ·Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• ·The SMS program is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in you represent that you are at least 18.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MMC Group LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of that state.
